Insurance Claim Process: How Star General Investigates Claims
When you report an accident to Star General, we assign an insurance adjuster to investigate the accident to ensure that all claims are handled based on the facts on the accident. The process is as follows:
1. Review the policy
The insurance adjuster reviews the insurance policy to determine what types of damage and/or injuries are covered.  
 2. Get the facts
The insurance adjuster attempts to contact everyone involved in the accident, whether drivers, or passengers, or witnesses, in order to get a complete account of the accident.		 3. Make an assessment
The insurance adjuster reviews information, such as police reports and photos of the accident scene, etc.
After the insurance adjuster considers the facts, and determines the cause of the accident, the claim is handled according to the insurance policy.
